The total constructed space is more than 1,00,000 sq ft and can accommodate more than 200 beds.
The buildings plumbing pipeline, electrical pipeline and Air-conditioning ducting is done for 4 floors. Also the provisioning for false ceiling is already in place and its framework is done.
The architect who designed the hospital was previously working with Apollo Hospitals for more than a decade and the hospital has been constructed keeping in mind the latest norms.
The total land area is more than 10,000 metres. In the future the land and FAR is such that the hospital can expanded to a 500 bedded hospital.
However the cost of the construction has been kept very reasonable because of the personal effort and involvement of the directors.
As the directors of the hospital are having domain knowledge in a different sphere they are seeking to partner with any existing hospital group hoping for a footprint in Delhi NCR at a very reasonable cost.
The existing promoters are also willing to transfer the entire project to an existing Hospital group at mutually agreeable terms.
